The SEFF FF was great, amazing technology and variety of LiPo's there.

ChrisS and Eric Larson drew a huge crowd that came running up when they flew their Ion-X's. It was great to see the Ion and the electric side of this great hobby getting seen by so many in one place. The interest was so very exciting!!

hey , well Im back up north , Alaska , and 1 month down in the south is just what the I needed , the SEFF was great , and on the 3rd picture , there I am , right beside Charlie Wang , Thunderpower (MAN) And meeting Jason too , It was great meeting everyone . had a blast hanging around with Chris and Eric and working with them on our heli at night , learned a lot , To bad I was trying to get my extreme going , and did get it going but not in time to let chris or Eric ring it out , Nice to meet you to William, wish I could have gotton a helifreak T shirt , he he ,
got to say this , (IT WAS HOT) got burnt on top of my other burn from 13 days in Fla. if any of yall heading south , stop by MA , what a shop , Chris , Tim and his Family are great folks , what a treat , want want want , get get get got to have this . he he . I been trying to convince my wife to move south , but no luck yet , got to kiss up some more.
The flights that Eric and Chris did was outstanding , just made my mouth drop, cant wait till I get into 3D , 1 1/2D to 2D is where Im at , and Chris even let me fly the proto Ion , man it was great , didnt do much though just hovering around and a few little jumps , to scared to take it into FF , just didnt want to risk it.
well I just wont to thank Chris for all the time he spend helping me with my extreme electric in trying to get it running , and it was a treat learning his style of setups on the head , maybe next year I will go again , and I might try to go to the Mid winter E , got to kiss up to the wife though

Ion Schmion...Did you see the little Vertol tandem rotor that Eric flew Friday night? Now, THAT was cool! If you've ever driven in Florida during the summer, you surely are familiar with love bugs. They get the name because they fly around while mating - attached to each other at the tail. That's what the MS Vertol reminded me of - it was like two CP Hornets mating.

But it was way cool. Looked great in the air, but Eric surely had his hands full flying it. Although it does a great funnel!
