Am converting my R50 V1 to electric.
I'm installing the eCCPM from TPpacks. The instructions say to move the locking collar from atop the top main bearing to the top of the bottom main bearing. This allows more clearance for the swashplate to move. The instructions also says that a spacer is needed between the locking collar and the bottom main bearing. For a spacer, it suggests the inner race of a used main bearing, which I don't have. I don't want to buy a new main bearing just to break it up for the inner race.
Anyone know of an equivalent spacer to use?
If I don't use one, the collar will probably wear down the plastic that's containing the bottom main bearing.
