on my heli-max novus cx the bottom blade is starting to spin late

on my heli-max novus cx the bottom blade is only starting to spin when i put the collective stick half way it should be starting alittle after the other one. these little puckers are sopposed to be easier then a nitro to work on but this little squirl is driving me crazy, any suggestions on fixing it???

My guess is that you stripped the pinion on the motor for the lower blade. The bottom half of the pinion got stripped out and it won't engage the drive gear until the top blade generates enough lift to pull the shafts and drive gears up a tiny bit, then the drive gear for the bottom blades engages the remaining good teeth on the top part of the pinion.

Another thing to check is that the collar on the shaft hasn't slipped upwards on the mast - this can cause the same effect
