I am wondering if I have made the right choice in buying the sanwa RD6000 sport tx. When watching Finless Bob setting up his tx, its either a Futaba or a spektrum DX6 or 7. I know my good buddy Dumb Dog will be watching this and I would like input from any of you guy's to help me decide wether to keep the sanwa or change it for a spektrum.
Thanks guy's

I cant really comment on the Sanwa other than I still have a 2ch tx and rx from my RC car days, and it was, and probably still is a good bit of kit, but personally I would have gone for the Spektrum 6 or 7 channel depending on what you want to do in the future (with regards to the amount of channels you may require).
Futaba and Spektrum seem to be the main radio gear in the RC Helicopter world. I use a Futaba 6EX 2.4ghz, and I am, in the near future going to upgrade to a Futaba 7C 2.4ghz only because I already have 3 receivers to suit the Futaba system, and changing 3 receivers would cost me around the £200 mark, otherwise I would have gone for Spektrum I am not knocking the Futaba in any way at all but there appears to be more help and support for the Spektrum systems.
All IMHO.

Good Luck

Thanks guy's, yep!!!!!!! its made my mind up, I'm going to see if I can do a straight swap for my sanwa which has never been flight tested. I do know that my local model shop does have some used tx's. So lets see what happens.

Hi guys, what I have decided to do is, I'm going to buy a blade 400 heli because the DX6i is in the package deal and I was going to get myself a second heli. Anyway must tell you I think I have mastered all the settings on the sanwa so for the time being lets see what happens.
Catch you later guy's:thumbup:
