What is the Web Mod for the OS-50sxz Hyper? Does it help?

I ground down the webbing on the crankshaft of an OS 32-sx once to help lubrication of the front bearing...is this mod similar? Anyone have a link to a "how-to" page?

That is a new one. Never heard of grinding down the webbing to help lubrication of the front bearing.
