Roughness in X9303 right stick

Ever since I got my X9303, the right stick has been a little rough in the elevator axis. I'm pretty sure it's from the spring extending because it is perfectly smooth when I remove the spring. On the other hand, I switched the elevator spring with the rudder spring and the problem didn't go away. Is this just how the radio normally is? I've never used another X9303, so I wouldn't know. I did send it in to Horizon when I wasn't able to fix it myself, and they just kept it for 5 weeks and sent it back without fixing the problem.

There should be NO roughness. Mine is silky smooth. If you are not happy with Horizon Service, they will surely want to know about it. I'd suggest calling them to discuss this issue. I'd bet money they will resolve it for you.

I will call them tonight. I just know they're going to ask me to send it in again, and I don't want to be without radio for another 5 weeks if I don't even know for sure they're going to fix it.

In all honesty, they can't fix it if they don't have it. However, if you tell them you've already sent it in and it still isn't fixed, I'm sure they will give it priority service.
