Spartan Gain & DX7 help please

Hi,

Before i fire up my brand new 700 could someone give me an idea of where my gain should be on my Spartan DS760 using a JR8900G tail servo and DX7 TX.

I normally go by the gain reading on the computer using the flaslink cable. Currently set at 43%

Also do I use the Gyro sens menu or do I use the gear ATV's?? currently using Gear ATV's

Am using Aux 2 for my gov the Align RCE G600 also i understand that I use the ATV for Aux two to set the head speed, although I wont use the gov to start with whilst I am running the engine in and setting it up what ATV setting will I need for a headspeed of approx 1950 will set up with a tacho properly just need an idea of where to start off.

never run a gov before on my 600's so all a bit new to me.

Any help is really appreciated
