What do I have to do with 4000mah Duralite LiIon batt if I am NOT going to use it for 2-3 months (charge, discharge, etc).

You really don't have to do anything. If your using the regulator with the switch on it. Then I suggest unplugging the regulator from the battery. The regulator that has the switch will draw a very slight amount of current even when it is off.

They suggest storing at 50 percent charge but as David said, I just put them up fully charged and disconnected from the reg.
