I recently bought a X-Cell gasser with three trays in front mounted horizontally with 23cc engine. I do not know how old or what the model is. It has golden spacers inbetween the frames. Can any one help with information.
Thanks

Thanks for the information. The body is much wider than the latest model and the canopy is also much wider.

The 1005 is a good, stout bird. She is a little bit wider than the Spectra. Rbort on here says his 1005 is lighter than his Spectra. :dontknow

Here's a good write-up (http://www.rcuniverse.com/pgarchive/Miniature_Aircraft_USA_X-Cell_1005_Gas_Graphite.htm) on it.

yea it probablly is, but depends on servos and pipe etc. My 1005 is 12lbs even without canopy and battery RTF. 3oz is about a 2400 fremco...
