I've installed the new pulley tonight and as I stated on another thread, there is still a bit of warp to it. In fact, just as much as my old one. The new one looks identical to the old one, with the exception of the plastic looks smoother, less brittle.
You can see in the video below that it is causing the belt to ride up on the lip, just like the old one! Please forgive the backround noise, but you'll hear the familiar clicking sound as the new (frayed) belt rides up on the new pulley....
