Hey right on, Jon helped me a ton when I purchased my "1st" of a few Logos so thanks again for that Jon, good to see you on the freak as well. Here are a few of my Logo 14s, "clones" other than motor.
One has a NEU 1912-1Y with 10 tooth, the other has Orbit 30-12 with 14 tooth, both run on 10S2P and are absolute animals in the air. Running 9650s on swash, and 611 and 9256 for tail control. Both birds have Logo 20CF booms and I am running Mikado 580 mains and SAB 80 tr blades on both as well. Everything else is icing. I would have to say personally that Logos are my favourite heli of all that I have flown and seen. I still have a Raptor 50 as my sacrifiial lamb for new moves etc, most of the time it sits though. :)

Thanks Shawn,
it actually turned out okay, considering using rattle cans and knowing that the paint flow is never consistent and the flow is heavy. :D

If I ever decide to sell my Vario, I am definitely going to get a L10 3-D. Mind you that thought has come across my mind quite a few times! :D

Here is one of the 2 carbon fiber widshiel canopy's that I recently bought from espritmodel.
I have them at the local paintshop with a buddy who is going to paint them, so this is the raw yellow color that it was when I bought it. It should show the c/f though.....it is nice!!! :D

OK, It looks like it worked, so here's another shot, along with my trex 600,(unpainted) canopy. I am currently painting that one myself. The logo 14 in the pic is stretched, enjoy... :D

Love the C/F canopy! Very Cool Indeed! :noteworthy What color scheme are you going for with the canopy. You gotta keep the look of the C/F on the windshield and not paint over it.

Gordo that is cool! How is it to slip on and off? Pain at all?

On the yellow one, for the 14, I am going to not paint around the collar so it doesn't chip, but even so It will require some dremel work to make it not a pain.
At least thats the plan. And yes, definately will keep the cf unpainted. It is so kool, you can look on the inside and see the cf cloth that they glassed to the inside of the windshield.
As far as color scheme, I will keep the top part the natural yellow, and do a contrasting color for the bottom. I'm doing the white fiberglass gelcoat trex 600 first, just to try some ideas out befor doing anything to the cf canopy. The white logo 10 cf canopy is in the hands of my bud at the body shop. I told him to be creative, so hope it wasn't a mistake. I can always add to it if necessary.
I have been really busy at work, and leaving to go on vacation sat. so when I get them done I will post pics.... :D

Ok.... easy to put on and take off though?

I am going to enlarge the part that surrounds the shaft and swash because its a little tight. Also the back par will not overlap and I am going to trim that too. Once completed I think it will be easy to put on and take off.
I'm glad you asked though, because after fitting it a little, I need to do my trimming before I paint it. Some people are good with an exacto knife, but I will use the dremel and do it very slowly and carefully so as to not take off more than needed..... :D
