OK about a week ago I got a 2800 pack from Duralite to put in my #2 Evo...well two charges and a dozen flights and the battery will not charge now. I have the 3+1 charger w/ 1700mah wall adapter. it charged the battery two days ago and was fine...At first I thought it was the charger as it was new as well...but I plugged my other 2800 pack in and its charging perfectly fine in all three slots.
Ideas???do I have a dead pack? whats duralites replacement policy on these or is there one? This is really crappy timing as im supposed to head to Akron, OH for the FF on Friday at noon... I guess im down to one Evo for the FF till I can come up with the cash for another battery
Any thoughts or ideas...maybe I missed something...I dont think I have but just in case.
THanks all!!

Call Jack first thing when they open this morning. They will replace your pack and you have a very good chance of getting a replacement before Friday if you call ASAP.

Leave the pack on the charger for a while and see if it will start charging after 5 min. or so. What is the voltage on it now . Try plugging it up and waiting and let me know. Sometimes they don't start to charge right away as they are trickling without the light on. It might be a little slow to cut on. Please try and let me know.

Im gona call jack as soon as they open...but Clint I did try leaving it on and its still not charging... the voltage checks out at 6.9 so it should turn on right away. I pulled it out of the heli and tried charging it by itself and still nothing so its not my reg atleast.
I'll let you guys know what Jack says. hopefully I can get a new one from him before friday.
thanks!

The voltage is 6.9 with a 1 amp load?
You are charging thru the yellow lead?
You do have the black lead plugged into the regulator?
You do check the voltage thru the extra lead coming from safety switch or the charge jack off the regular switch?
Just a few questions to try and determine the problem.

GUys...I believe the charger is the source of the problem...i'll be calling jack in the morning to talk to him...i edited this post as my previous version vented alot for something that neither I or anyone else has any control over.
Hopefully we can get this resolved...guess I'll be staying home this weekend from Akron to work on some stuff round the house.
