As FYI, I thought I'd pass this along from a newsletter I received from Reflex:

Rear Reflex User,

these days, my suport is not as it should be. The reason is obvious: too many inquiries from all over the world at the same time. Therefore I decided to establish my own support forum in order to centralise solutions and communication. I will permanently monitor this forum. You will not find me on other forums anymore.

You will find this forum in the shop/download site in INFORMATION. Your usual login is valid for the forum as well. You don't have to be logged-in for reading and finding.

Furthermore, I'm hiring staff at the moment. From August 1st, I should be back to normal and fast operation.
