raptor 30 engine and glow plugs

can anyone give me an idea why i am blowing through glow plugs on my raptor 30 (TT 39 pro engine stock). I am running as rich as I can (any richer and it dies right after i pull the ignitor). Lots of smoke...

how many tanks should i expect? And I am using OS #8s

Did you RTV your muffler to your engine?
