advance timing?

I am new to electrics and I now own a Lepton. I have an Idea what advance timing is but what should mine be set at? I am running 3s with a hyperion 3026-8 and would like to get near a 2500-2600 head speed. I am using a pheonix 60 ESC. pretty impressed with the 3 flights I had yesterday.
