Hey all,

I'm new to this site and new to electric helis...had a rapy but it was stolen.. I would consider myself a noob... I have the fp-t8uhp 1024 pcm and it is not made to do ccpm out of the box. I purchd a TREX XL CDE ccpm and still have not done the full setup. I saw the great vids, I went to the futaba site and retrived the mixes to input to make the radio work with ccpm. My question after that long intro is:

Will this radio ultimately work for me on ccpm, or should I save the aggrevation and crash rebuild money and just get another radio.?

the 8U can do CCPM. See page 35 of the manual.

If it is the 8U (Non Super), then this should help you out.

These might help with other obstacles you encounter.

I have used that same setup on a 120 deg eCCPM helicopter. It worked fine. No reason it should not work on the Trex.
