The setup (mechanically) looks fine.

Have you tried that with the heli off the ground?

I you give hard forward elevator on the ground the rotor disc will move and tilt left. Similiarly if you give back elevator it will tend to move right.

You know, my Raptor is having a similar servo issue....when not started, everything is great. But as soon as it starts, the throttle servo goes wacky! It is on a PCM tx/rx...I'm not familiar with your TX...is it 2.4 or PCM?

Anyway, I haven't had time to prove it yet, but it hit me the other day...on all my planks that I fly PCM with, I wrap the receiver in foam to isolate the electronics from vibration....but on my Raptor I only have the receiver velcro'd to the heli. So my theory is that if I at least mount it with foam instead of velcro, it will be ok.

Of course, it's only a theory but might be worth lookig into if you receiver isn't isolated from vibrations....

I think i may have figured it out, will verify after work today. i think i need to set swash to S4 and not SR3. I have 2.4 gig module on radio orginally was PPM a & PCM radio. as soon as i tried to lift heli off ground it would tip to the right as it did in the video if given any cyclic input.

Figured it out, SR3 was correct. Flybar paddles were not level. :)
