I am planning on running a gy611 with my 9303 radio in my new Synergy once I get it. I will also be running a Throttle Jockey Pro governor. The governor seems pretty straight forward but the gy611 has got me wondering as to the best route to program it. I would like to run remote gain. Has anybody used the gy611 with the 9303 and if so how did you program it? Any help and information would be appreciated. Thanks and take it easy.

I use a 601 with my 9303... it's likely the same.
Since I never change my gyro gain (once I find a good setting) I opted to tie the gyro gain to the flight mode switch. This is referred to as AUTO mode in the [GYRO SENS] menu. You can set a separate gain for each flight mode, but I use the same gain setting all the time.
For my setup, you will plug your 611 gain wire into Aux2. Then simply enable the 9303 gyro screen to work off of the flight mode switch (AUTO mode) and this will output to Aux2.
If you want the capability to flip into rate mode (I don't), you can set the gyro screen to operate off of the Rudder D/R switch and get one setting with AVCS mode and one in Rate (normal) mode.
If I recall correctly, the 9303 gyro screen [GYRO SENS] is somewhat special in that it modifies the [Device SEL] screen as neccessary behind the scenes to enable the proper configuration. ... but it's not a bad call to be safe and double check that menu for the changes you expect.
Your throttle jockey gain wire will likely connect to the gear channel.
