I like the axi 2208/34 It works great on 2 cells and is a rocket on 3 cells.

I like it since you can run a 2 cell 340Mah setup for indoor flying that works really well, or a heavier 3 cell setup for out door flying.

Have fun with your shockflyer!

I have been using the AXI 2208/26 has more rpms per V. than the 34 works great on 7.4 700 kokam batts. get about 10mins of hovering and 3D flight. put in on 11.1v and it's insane.

The shock flyers are ok. but they break the front of the plane of I two planes that the front ends are gone.

Just got me a 3Dfoamy.com G202 going to put my AXI on it. With 11.1v Should it be to much rpm for what I have I'll sell you the 2208/26 for your shockflyer with the motor mount kit. $60 I've only had it about a month with little flying time on it. Mostly 7.4v, only put it on 11v once for about 5mins too much speed for the shockflyer. AXI's they run about $85 from hobbylobby with the mount kit.

let me know. I haven't finished building my new one yet. If you want the motor.
they are very quit and lots of power. I even have a new 340HC Kokam 20C rated. I can sell you as well it has the mirco deans on it. non polorized I believe.

I don't quite understand the numbers for the different motors. What is the difference between the 2208/34 and the 2208/26?

Talk to ElectroJeffro here on HF to get the fix for your shock flyers Chris!! He has some injection moulded things taht can fix that exact problem I am pretty sure.

Jeffro, post a pic if you can. I think he said he got them from a guy on EZone.

I build them up with high powered magnets. I haven't tried using the stock magnet ring.

It may work and it would be super cheap.

Wills Shock Flyer ROCKS! He is building one for me now, so next time you see me I will have it and you can fy it Bart. Anyone else can to. It is amazing how they fly when you build them super light like Will does. I was impressed enough with his to pay him $$ on the spot for one of my own. :glasses2:
