nice review, but the 700 is one of the smallest 90's out there. My Synergy and Aurora were both an inch or two bigger. You think they would fit?

I tell you what i will do, if my mate is out the club with his Synergy, i will see if it fits in the bag for you. The bag does not wrap around a Trex700 very tight so it could fit a Synergy, just hold on and i will get back to you on it.
Brad.

In that case, I'm definitely not tellin' what a flybarless V-Bar 700E with Kontronik motor, Heli-Chris frames, a Bonta head, and a nice collection of 12s packs could set you back.

C'mon cb, I need a little heart flutter - :)
(I wasn't the one to hide the price)
I love hardware and hearing about all this cool stuff, (that I'll eventually end up with down the road) -
A $200 motor will get your heli off the ground, a $200 bag won't - ;)

And $200 won't get you a Pyro 30-12... :(

Nope, but it will get me a nice strong Scorpion, or a set of 610's, or a nice Spartan - :)
So did you order one of them bags, or are you gonna be "testing" one next? - ;)
I myself am very capable of testing one - where do I send my mailing info? - :)

I have this bag:
http://www.fast-lad.co.uk/store/60-90_size_heli_carrying_(d090)-p-1326.html
It's only around 89 USD and really well made. The only problem is that if you use it with the blades on the sharp corner of the blade scrapes the fabric. I've used something in between to soften the corner and it works great!
People say that 700 is the "smallest" .90 out there but it's only the canopy. Comparing to Synergy or Freya it's about equal in size except for the shorter canopy. I have the V2 canopy which makes it the same size as a Freya and it fits in that bag really well.

I also have this bag in both the 50 and 90 sized. I found that my 700N was a tight fit and I always worred about down pressure on the flybar in front. However, its now perfect for my 700E flybarless. Here's some (quite old) photos of the 50-size with my 600E.
It's pretty functional but has no padding in the upper part of the bag so it mainly just keeps off dust, protects the canopy, keeps the tail blades from snagging things while carrying, etc.

Tried my mates Synergy today and sorry to say it does not fit propperly.
The Synergy seems to be longer and also the skids are too wide to allow the bag to zip up nicely, its not far off but i would advise against buying one for a Synergy.
