I don't totally understand what you are saying but EVOs tend to bobble coming out of a loop or flip. You can raise the headspeed and put harder dampners in it. I recomend the Inivations and at least 1800 on the head.

No 3d moves...at a hover its rock solid. give a little foward on the stick and let the stick go it rocks nose to tail 2times then settles down to steady hover ...same thing happens on pulling the stick back (I hope I explained it ok)

A small amount of "bobble" is normal for an EVO. There are a few things you can try to reduce it, though. A higher head speed will help. Try 1800, 1850, or even 1900 (if you are using composite blades). Try using some silicone grease on the spindle and double-check that the thrust bearings are installed correctly and greased - I've been using that thick green brake caliper grease in mine lately and it seems to work pretty well.
What dampeners are you using? Ultra-stiff ones like from Carbon Extreme will make any bobbling worse. They are good for 3D to keep the blades out of the boom, but the trade-off is, well, less dampening.

used some grease on the spindle..thrust bearings are in correctly I will regrease to eleminate one additional thing....dampers are stock replaced 3 days ago.. will increase the head speed... this bobble is quite severe when the stick is released so it returns on its own

What blades are you using?
Are you letting go of the stick and letting it "spring" back to center. Is it possible that the bobbling is being caused by a transmitter input? Do have have any exponential programmed in?

Yes it springs back and I have expo programmed 15% I fly a raptor v2 on the same transmitter No bobble when I do the same thing. I am flying tonight I greased the thrust bearings and the spindle.......to be continued....thanks for the post oh yea 660 blades this whole thing happened after a test crash

You mean 600 blades, not 660, right? But what kind are they? Brand? Construction?
The EVO could be more sensative around center than the Raptor is. Not sure why a crash would change it unless something is still bent or broken (check the plastic see-saw - sometimes it can crack on the bottom and it isn't obvious). You could also try upping the expo a little. Or, you could try not letting the stick spring back.
You ever hear the one about the guy who goes to the doctor and says "Doc, it hurts when I do this"? The doctor says, "So, don't do that!"

Are you in auto stability mode or high mobility? Auto stability will oscillate a bit trying to stabilize itself.

auto stable... went flying last nite raised the head speed to 1850 greased the spindle took some of the "bobble"out...replaced the seesaw..blades are Fiberglass hirobo brand. in FF still get a little bobble...guess its something I will have to live with. I have a little slop in the contols but i guess thats a plastic model. again I thank all for the posts

Just for a laugh, try it in High Mobility mode and see if it's better. It is not a night and day difference in the way it handles, so don't be nervous that it'll be too wild. The difference is pretty subtle.
A little bobble is normal. It's just hard to know how much is a little and how much is excessive until you see it for yourself. Mine will do it if I toss them around pretty hard, but in a hover and normal FFF I don't see any. But I may just be used to it and don't notice it any more.
