Is there such a thing for the Raptor style head when setting up pitch angles?

I really can't answer your question as to the availability of a flybar lock. I haven't heard of one, but since the R90 flybar ratio is 1 to 1, unless you change it, there is really no reason to lock the flybar other than for convenience.
