New Dx7Se Screen shut off

Just got a new Dx7Se and the screen just stopped working but the radio transmits fine. Whats the problem and is there a quick fix, I dont want to send it in now and wait 6 weeks for a new not to mention it took a while to program all my helis perfectly....pissed off!!! :mad:

I have wondered about this before and noticed when it is cold
the screen fades. Can you see your screen indoors but not
outside when it is cold? Might be a temperature thing?
