Engine install troubles

Have just fitted the upgrade kit on my 60V2 to convert to the 90, only to find that the 91SZ-H doesn't even get close to fitting :(
Cooling fins wont clear the front Fan casing by about 1/4 inch..

Anyone struck this??

In the R90 instructions, the cooling baffle is not used with OS engines. I just re-read it and I believe you leave it off to accommodate the taller heads on engines like yours.

Thanks, but as mine is an old V2 it does not have a removable baffel.. I have heard about cutting them out?? but will order the new housings.

Better check on your present servo tray configuration just incase.
