Any info on the metal seesaw upgrade and screws that fit in it would be great. Every time I put the screws in the seesaw becomes too tight and not loose , it is a royal pita.

Added a Headspeed and pinion calculator for ms excell. this lets you put in the info of you brushless motor, lipo, main gear, and pinion or target head speed, and get eather what pinion to use or about what headspeed you will get. Hope this helps.

Did you order the metal hub too? It seems to come with machine screws for the seesaw that were meant to go into a metal seesaw. So it seems like the hardware that comes with the different metal parts is really meant to go with other metal parts.
I have an MX400 Pro (eCCPM conversion) and I bought the aluminum center hub about 3 weeks ago from towerhobbies. Even though it looks like the screws that came with the hub were not meant for the plastic seesaw I just used them anyway but they stick out a little bit ( I assumed that is what the four washers were for so I used 2 on each side on the ouside of the hub (I have a feeling that is not where they go though). They dont fit right probably because they were meant for the metal seesaw. They are close ( 0.1 - 0.2mm) to binding on the arms that are in front of them but it does not seem to cause problems.
Anyone know for sure where the 4 washers go that come with the metal hub upgrade? Are you supposed to use only 2 and the other 2 are spares? I assume the machine screws do not stick out when used with the metal seesaw but I dont have one to test with or I would have used it.
The flybar is very free now with the aluminum hub(bearings probably make the big difference).

The video is made from some one elses heli I built. I will cover some of the cnc head (hub) I have to reshoot some of the head video due to lighting And I plan on covering the upgrades now as there own vids. I did cover the fix for the plastic see saw but that is part that needs re shot. The good news is that I did not do the ca or locktite on some parts so that if needed I could reshoot. The heli is sitting on my desk still (waiting more electronics and some other painting) Reshoot will be this weekend as I have not had the time. Lots of overtime at my real job. I have tried another cam for a video on the helimax balancer and will see how that works.
Also in the works is a renagade manule but this will take time. When done it will be in pdf format including real instructions and I'm composing a parts list of compatible parts and numbers that are strait cross overs.
Some upgrade parts are on order and will be geting covered and others are waiting. Keep in mind that 3 x400 helis are being used for the vids, My Dads (upgrade parts) , my bro in laws (the build) and mine (electronics/mods)

If your heli has been upgraded to CCPM then you can watch the finless videos and they will teach you how to do it
http://www.helifreak.com/viewtopic.php?t=12455
If your heli is still mechanical mixing then..........you should really upgrade to ccpm, hehe.
