A new software update for the 12Z has been posted over at FFC. Not quite sure what is different since the readmes are the same as the 05-11-06 release with same Editor and Encoder versions. However, the binaries are different in the .zip. Anyway, if you have access to FFC, get it from the downloads area, otherwise you can find it on my site: http://www.rcfan.com/radios.html
I'll post an update if the file changes again, e.g. different readmes.
Note: Software updates are not compatible with other systems (ie. 14MZ will not work in a 12Z). See the FAQ for additional info. Software updates are compressed files that will not configure correctly in Winzip. It is recommended that you save the file to your desktop, and select "Open With" and then select "Compressed file". This will leave the file formatted as it needs to be to update your transmitter. Open your CF card in Windows Explorer and drag the files onto the card.
