For all of you that don't know.
I would like to welcome MAJEFF to Helifreak.
Jeff works at Miniature Aircraft. Jeff is the person that assembles all the parts that come pre-assembled. Such as the Swash plate, clutch system, head blocks, etc. etc.
Jeff has a number of years experience doing his job at MA. He is also the person that repairs the items that are sent in needing repair. Also recently Jeff has started flying RC Helicopters. He has tinkered with them thru the years. But he has gotten a little more serious now about it.
When Jeff posts how a clutch or swash plate or numerous other MA items are assembled. He knows what he is talking about. He is the person that assembles them originally.
Welcome Jeff.
David

Jeff is the survivor of a fishing trip gone bad. For years he had a crankbait stuck in his eyebrow... I guess it finally rusted out or something? :D
Don't whine to Jeff, he comes here for fun. If he answers a post, you can take his answer to the bank.

As Wayne said. Don't whine to Jeff. I have been to MA and watched Jeff do his job for several hours at a time. He is very particular and through doing it. He makes sure everything is assembled correctly before he will pass it on to be put in the kits. If the part is not right , he tosses it in a reject pile.
Jeff is great guy and likes to enjoy life away from MA. So let him enjoy his time here on Helifreak. He can answer questions about parts and assemblies.

Jeff is a hell of a fun guy to hang around with at events, and a great guy to fix our parts at MA, and always helpful of the people who fly MA at events.

Thank's David for shinning a light on my knowledge on heli's and how they are built. Here is a little history about myself. I came from training exotic cat's to rc heli's. I started about ten yrs ago at MA building and putting together smaller parts and watching Tim & Ted designed one of the best heli's in the world. I'm proud of being part of MA line of heli's starting with the x-cell thirty all the way to the electric MXR. Now at MA we are a small but strong company that will not settle for second. As long as there is support, good product, drive, and the whiling to have fun MA will always's be one of the top manufactures in the hobby industry. Thank's to the rc family that has treated me with respect. Fly hard see you at IRCHA.

Awww come on, Jeff was after us for the last couple days to post something on his sticky...so I did.
Besides, the term of endearment I used is not my own, someone else has claim to it, notice it's NOT "a-hole", that would have been mean. When the term I used was first aimed at Jeffy, it made so much sense it just stuck...b-u-t-t-h-o-l-e..."that from which crap emanates"...perfect.
Love ya Jeff...
