This is for the Bergen group, a big THANK YOU. Saturday I spent half a day at the Ashland Ohio Helifest. Chris, Malorie(and Greg who came through with the parts) worked on my Intrepid gas for a couple hours to get it in tip top shape,(all my fault). Chris put on the new pitch bell crank and found the problems, Malorie fixed and adjusted. Chris test flew and it runs like a top. I also stopped using amsoil(a no-no) and started using Pennzoil marine. Chris made a believer out of me, runs much better.
There isn't a company on this planet that has better customer service. I already plan on getting the Intrepid Magnum as my next heli in the near future.

I also watched Chris demo the Turbine. Nice all around!

And again, I second the above. Chris spent way more time with my heli than he should have. Of course, my fault also. Anyone who claims the Bergen machine isn't the smoothest has screwed up on the setup. I can't believe a gasser can be as smooth as he can get them! :noteworthy

I'm in total agreement.

I just had Gary Travis spend a little time with my Intrepid and now it's flying smooth as glass.
