Guys,

I flew the lepton, did some basic 3D (rolls loops inv), had idle up headspead around 2700-2800 RPM and flew for around 8 mins. I am using the 4S setup with Hyperion 10T and Hyperion 3700 cells. So when I go to recharege the batts last night, I put back 3400 into the 3700.

So the question is , am I stressing out the batts too much and should I:

1) Decrease flight time to around 6-7 mins

OR

2) Potentially lower the idle up headspeed to 25-2600

OR

3) Am I ok and just getting nervous for nothing,

Please let me know, thanks.

Personally I would drop a minute or 2 off the flight and try and get it back to 3000 - 3300 per flight, your batteries will thank you for it in the long run. That extra minute or 2 of flying at the end adds a lot of heat and pushes the voltage much lower under high current, you are probably tripling the stress on the battery when you try and get that last 10% of capacity out of it.

Lipos should not be discharged below 80% of their capacity. Doing so significantly reduces their life.
