Didn't wanna post 2 threads, but first 3 gallons the pipe came loose twice, with red lock tight, and the gasket is installed, what should I do to keep it from coming out, and what receiver pack do you all use, I have 2in1 with 610 on cyclic, 620 throttle and 8900g tail, spartan, align gov, but I have noticed any thing under 4000 I will be charging soon links would help.

Loctite is no good on your muffler bolts, they get too hot. What will solve your problem is tightening the muffler after a flight while it is still hot. Be careful doing this, just give it a small squeeze, don't crank on it or you will strip your muffler out. It might not even feel like it moves, but it will lock down after doing this, I gave mine a squeeze after the first two break-in flights and have never had a problem since.

As for a battery I use one of these: Outrage 3600mah RX Pack (http://www.espritmodel.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=6138) I've never ordered from Espirit, that's just to demonstrate the pack I have. I get 8 or 9 flights on it which is more than enough cuz the 450 and the 600 need some love too!

Here, found where I ordered from, showed up in like 3 days: OUTRAGE XPRX 2S2P 7.4V 3600mAH (http://www.flyhelirus.com/servlet/the-674/OUTRAGE-XPRX-2S2P-7.4V/Detail)

I use no gasket at all.
Applied a thin film of 5 min. epoxy between motor and muffler.
Used green locktite (bearing retainer) on the bolts and of course used the stock spring rings .
50 flights now, and all is perfectly in place and the same as day one.
I'm using a Outrage 3600 2S Rx pack.
a ReactorX dual regulator 6V on the swash, 5.2V on the rest and normal glow.
It's a fantastic machine, love it :smokin:

Not sure if you know the fuel over there :), but it's Tornado helifuel 30% Nitro.
Align/OS 90HZ and Align performance muffler.
When using this method, make sure to remove all grease with alcohol first, bolts and contact surfaces.

I don't think weight is a big deal with the 700 but the outrage 2s 3600 is 160g, tp 2s 3600 164g, rhino 2s 3700 is 220g, but thanks for the help how much is the rhino after shipping, and I see you have a quick uk header does it leak at all and what is the benifit of that header compared to a standard header.
