I have 5 different electric helicopters. On most of them I use the Jazz 55-10-32 and had no problems. They start-up great and never over heat. All the electrics I am using Neu motors but one of the helicopters I am using the Actro 24-5 motor. On the helicopter with the Actro motor I changed the ESC to a new Jazz 55-10-32 . Now comes the problem after programing the Jazz by the book no problem. But when I start to spool it up about half way the motor stops and starts to shudder and makes a unusual noise. After you try to start the motor 5 or 6 times it spools up correctly. I have tried re-programing the Jazz controller several time. The motor worked fine before I changed speed controller but the old speed controller did not have a good spool-up program. Sometimes it would start so quick it wanted to fold the blades back and hit the blade grips and nick the the blades. 1 out of 5 or 6 times times the Jazz starts correctly But I was wondering if I have a bad speed controller or a bad motor, any help would be greatly appreciated
