I read on the Spektrum FAQ that the receiver (no model number specified) pulls 40 milliamperes of current. When I ran my new DX6 with the AR6000 on the bench with a 4-AA NiMH pack, I found it pulls 120 mA. I called up Spektrum and they said the 40 mA spec was for a different receiver than the AR6000, but for this radio 120 mA is normal since it contains two receivers. With 4 S75 servos the drain is 145 mA.
