Took a little over a month to get a login; three times that for the shirt and binder.

I sent my card for the Futaba Flyers Club last Thursday the 20th. Got my email today [26th] from Hobbico with my log in information. Took 6 days so I would think that is not too bad.

I sent my info on july 19 they received it this week. I emailed Bill Baxtor today as I need the firmware updates for the futaba channel expander
I am expecting. Bill setup my account today after the paperwork
was received.

I emailed him last week before they received my forms and he replied he would setup as soon as they received the paper work. I expected this as they do not know if you are ligit or not. (US or overseas) Not a problem.

He was true to his word. Less than a week for FFC access.

Expect the binder, shirt may take a little longer.
Waiting to see what the shirt looks like.

The more I use the 14mz the more I like it. I bought one of the 9zhps in 94. Taking a little getting used to the new menus. Wish they would let you decide between the old 9z series verses the new menus. Talk about fast responses stick to servo, I found you can speed up the stick speed more
than what the default is 4, changed to 1. scale is 25 to 1. maybe a mistake I will find out.

This is my experience.

I got my login info to use the site within a week but it took right at 2 months to get the shirt and binder. Long enough to forget what it was when I got the box.

I never got my login info after a couple of months until I PM'd bbaxter on RCU. I got he shirt and binder about 3 months after I sent the card back in.

I have had my radio since last year, so it seems they are getting alot faster responding now.

Search on RCU for Bax (http://www.rcuniverse.com/community/profile.cfm?section=profile&forum=1&memid=30183).

He can also be found under:

Radios, Engines, Batteries, Clubhouse and more >> RC Radios, Transmitters, Receivers, Servos, Gyros >> Radio Manufacturer Direct Support >> Futaba Radios Direct Support Forum >> (http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/forumid_125/p_/tmode_1/smode_1/tt.htm)

I linked to the appropriate areas in case you wanted to find it easily. Bill's profile is linked and so is the Futaba support forum on RCU. I don't frequent RCU that much, but... :dontknow

Email Krysta. She works at Hobbico and should be able to pass on a message to Bill since they work in the same department.
