TP205 Balancer Question

I am new to lipo's and the TP205 balancer. When I plug my new TP 3s2100 battery into the 205 balancer everything looks normal (status light and 3 red cell lights on for a few seconds then off). Then I make my first flight with Trex for about 6-7 mins. Before I charged the battery I plug it into the balancer...now the status light and 3 red cell lights all blink for about 2 seconds and go out. Is this normal?...is it telling me that all cells are balanced but discharged and ready to be charged? I don't fully understand the instructions and don't want to damage the new battery.

I have understood, that steady light (as you describe) is very well in balance, blinking is still in balance, but a bit worse - and the balancer will start to balance the cells still. If it would be too much discharged, I guess you would hear a sound as well. So no need to worry, just charge.
