What are the differances betwwen the two, besides the ratcheting throttle?
Is there any thing that would prevent you from using it on a heli, IE. programing,or swithces? I am looking at a 2.4 9303 but it is an airplane version, any comments?

Thank You, BKC

Several switches are in different positions and unfortunately, important ones for heli flying, Flight Mode and Throttle Hold. The trainer mode uses a button instead of a switch.

Heli version defaults to Heli model type and has non-ratcheted throttle.. Niether are a big deal, you still have the same heli programming, and you can change the ratchet out for non-ratcheting throttle/collective.

Overall, for helis, get the heli version. No odnwsides for planks, but plenty of upsides for helis.

Thanks for the reply. Is there any way to relocate the switches to there proper position? Or is it not worth the effort?

You would have to also change out some switches.

Not worth the trouble, IMO.

The DX7 is an easier conversion.
