Hey Bob....

I spent a few days trying a couple of things and this is what I came up with. I tried to animate the helicopter and Pilot as mush as I could, but since were limited to 8kb. there's not much I could do. Any more movement and the file doubles to the 16-18kb range.

One Avitar has a white background, the other has a slight blue background.


I also attached a larger image so you could see the 3D Helicopter and Pilot I created to make the smaller avitar. Just click on the image to see the larger version.

I like the one with the blue background, but the pilot moving freaks me out. maby just move the blades?

Some people mentioned that the pilot head movement was a little weird, so I made a new version with only the blades spinning.

Removing the head movement gave me a little more of the 8kb left to play with, so I made a few background changes as well.
