I just purchased a CNC twin tail mount for my BCP from helidirect and installed it the other night but now the heli is GROSSLY tail heavy, I have to sit the battery as far as it will go to the nose just to balance it out. Any suggestions? Am I better to take off a motor and leave it as before?

Here is what I did. Rather than going back to single motor, which you will be glad you have if you are running lipos, I put a lead sinker hammered to the shape of the inside front of canopy nose and secured it with servo mounting tape. You don't need a whole lot that far forward and I can tell no difference flying that little bit of extra weight around. My brother in law had a tail heavy issue and used plumbers putty he pressed into the nose which may be the easiest way to put weight up front. It was even suggested when I ask this question awhile back that shortening the tail boom a little would work too but I passed on that idea and just went with the weight. :)

Thanks man, I hate to add extra weight but if thats whats neccisary I would rather do that then keep having to buy new motors. Also could you point me to your thread on this subject? I couldnt find much through google.
