I am trying to remove the C-SPEC from my Eagle. Do I have to split the frames or what to get the motor out?
The clutch shaft is still goign through the cultch bell and the fan will not make it through the frames to drop the motor low enough to get the shaft out of the bell. How do I do this?

get the powerdriver out and remove one of the lower frame pieces. Should not need
to really split frames unless the clutch shaft has galled in the bearings.

Update - Shawn kitchen called me and helped. Thank you Shawn.
I was able to take the screws out of the upper clutch shaft bearing block and slide the clutch shaft down enough to get it free of the block. Then even though the fan is wider than the frames, I took out a frame spacer in front of the engine and was able to carefully work out the fan. Engine is now out of the heli and ready for fan removal and new bearings to be installed.
Thanks again Shawn and also Mike!!
