I have a V50 that was converted from a .30. It has the non uhper 50 motor, 600mm Carbon blades (Maverick), and digital Futaba 3151 servos. It seems to have the same verticle puchount as the 30 did. Can the .50 pull more positive pitch than the .30? I set my positive pitch to 10* deg for now. Can I go safely higher? Maybe I'm just now blown away by it beacuse I see a few .90's tearing it up in my club. I know I need to upgrade servos soon (these arn't high torque), but other than that they are all in goo working order.

Well you can pull more but with this heat you will not get the full power. Also if the 50 is new it will take a few tanks to get it "broke-in". Fly it in the early morning if you can and I would try 11 degrees of pitch.

Thanks for the reply. I think my buddy figured it out. Being CCPM, with the low torque servos I have 44oz ea, its not going to puch out like a CCPM machine with say Futaba 9254's.
