700 Linkages both sides

I noticed that the ball links for the 700 don't have the usual indicators (a circle) for the side to go into the ball like for those in the Trex-600. Does this mean I can use either side?

There is a "A" for Align on the side that goes on the outside of the ball. The other side of the ball link has a small number on it, this goes on the inside of the ball.

Yes I saw the A on one side of the link, but usually on the opposite side of the A side is constructed a bit differently to allow easy insertion of the ball, at least it appeared that way for me with the circle there. For the 700 links, both sides appear to be exactly the same except for the A and a number.

They are different. Just install them...

Just measured with a set of calipers, the "A" side is 4.5mm and the number side is 4.7mm.

Get rid of those links and upgrade to UK.
