blinky balancer with Apex packs?

From what I have been told, the Blinky cell balancer is for Align and TP packs. Does anyone know if it will work with Apex packs as well? Pin order on my Align packs is neg, 4v, 8v, 12v. Are all 3s packs the same way? In other words, I'm thinking, as long as pin spacing can be adapted, balancer should work, but I don't really know.

I am not familiar with the Blinky myself but I can tell you the Apex Mk3 batteries have the same tap as the Tp packs just different color so if it works with the tp it will work fine with the Apex.
