So Iive posted a couple times already about my work in progress BCP .

Well it aint no work in progress no more ! :D

I got my eight tooth 2 mm motor pinion for my E-Flight park 370 4100 KV motor. installed it , charged batteries , test flight . . hmmm heli spools up .. check ... collective at 50 % .. check... , go time right well it was still no go time and i had collective at like 3/4 stick when wammo heli launches 10 feet in like a micro second ( revo mix was not factor in yet so piro to the left and hit the deck .
canopy shattered  (stupid canopy anyhow ) sirprisingly nothing important was broken ( it was on uncut grass ) , the main shaft was a bit bent , it looked flimsy enough so i straightened it by hand and eye . worked like a hot dam.
I have read the info on reversing the spacers inside the feathering shaft assembly to fix the sticky collective. this also worked like a hot damn :D

so after the fixes I ran the heli a couple for times while i set the up and down revo mix , this seems like it works well at holding the tail fairly steady without a HH gyro.
After setting the revo mixes , it was time to fly it around a bit , and I loved it , THe BCP airframe is wicked , its tough , its smooth , flys great , I was doing all the stuff I can do with my t-rex , except autorotations .

i have 2 TP 1310 mAh 11.1 volt batteries .
I ran one pack through the heli hovering and semi fast foward flight , the heli ran for 20 min straight  mind boggling , my T-rex only lasts 10 min . with a TP 2100 .

so the total separates Brushless set up is :

EF Park 370 motor 4100 KV 8 tooth piion with set screw ( also have a nine for that day when I wish to launch BCP into the stratoshpere ) with heat sink
Castle Creations 10 A SX
Futaba G 190 gyro ( will get HH later )
3 Spektrum micro park-flyer servos
one ( not 2 ) DC stock BCP tail motor with heat sink
GWS 5 A Sx ( for the tail )
TP 1310 LIPO 3 S
Spektrum Rx ( so it can talk to my JR 6102 /Spektrum Tx )( and so i dont get glitches )( and because Im a P-I-M-P )

some more info about this heli ,

my transmitter setup .
Throttle curve , normal mode , 0 , 50 , 60 , 60 ,60
idle up 65 , 65 , 65 , 65, 65
Pitch curve , normal , 50 % , 50 , 50 , 75 , 100
idle up , linear from 0 % -> 100 % - 8 deg -> + 8 deg

revo mix , up 30 % down 40 %
this seems to work good , but a HH gyro would be better , havnt flown inverted yet .

this heli is awsome and i love this BL , and spektrum setup

Can't believe your using brushed tails. When I finally go BL (keep threatening, but until stock quits on me, no reason yet) I'm definitely getting rid of anything with brushes.

I know what you mean I thought the brushed tail would smoke on me as soon as turned it on but it didnt , I have a dual motor mount on order .

I was ripping it around today while I was at work , I work in a warehouse so there concrete wall all around , I was going from inside to outside and when I was outside I was doing some circles in the wind and my poor blade cirled around right into a concrete wall ( side of the building ) oh well I was pretty low when It happened , BUT damages were minimal but costly for a couple of reasons .

Main wings toast 26.99 T-rex main wings of a better quality are 15.99 go figure :dontknow
main gear toast unknown price
main shaft bent unkown ( but i think its sold with main gear attached )
tail gear lost some teeth too , 5 bucks
T-rex landing gear ( i was using them to add a bit weight and to give it a wider base ) I can glue these back together easily .

BUT the stupiest thing of all was that somhow for some reason my motor , My Brushless motor is POOCHED :badair: its not burned out because it still beeps and chimes at me when the speed control initializes at start up but I think the shaft is bent or there are bearings that are f* kd inside :arggg:
70 bucks for that motor man that hurts

total bill for crashing into cement wall ~ 100 + the price of a main gear and shaft . sh*t I put my T-rex down into the dirt from 30 feet and the bill was only 45 bucks , so much for the Blade CP being the one to try things with .
Mabey the cement wall was just a one off , Really I dont know who put that wall there but I should have been consulted I think . :dontknow
