Modeling 3D t-rex XL and raptor 50 in step or iges???

Hello,

I seek a modeling 3d hopelessly (solid or surfaces) for:
- a t-rex Xl
- a raptor 50.

I tried to convert the files of simulators FMS, aero, etc.

But I do not manage to convert them into a neutral format 3D like the step or iges.

I draw in think or e3 and I cannot matter that neutral format.

Would have these files, or the means of creating them?
