I found this, it works very well !!! I used it to change my screen sensibility but you can do everything, just read the PDF.

Since I had the stupid idea to write this post I'm receiving a lot of email
about the utility !!!
Unfortunately for you and fortunately for me I delete it from my PC because I don't want to get in troubles with law !!!
Copyrights here are a serious thing and the first thing I did after use the software was remove it !!!
I'm sorry for this !! but please try to understand me !!!
I just had the chance to find it on the web I used it but now it's gone.

Don't think you can get into trouble just for "having" the software for your own use. Publicly posting it is a different matter altogether. Then again, laws are different everywhere, so you need to find out what they are in your country.
