My OS 50 engine idles high when the engine is cool before any flying. I need to set my throttle hold to about -5%.

Later on after a few flights and the engine warms up, the -5% is too low and the engine will die so I need to bump it up to -2%.

I don't like to start the engine under any circumstance without throttle hold.

I was wondering if there is a way to make a mix or use a switch to provide different levels of throttle hold, a -5% and a -2%, for a cold engine and for a warmed up engine.

I'm coming from a nitro car background, so bear with me, I think you have the idle a hair rich and set up high to compensate, especially if it starts RIGHT now when cold, and not so well when hot..and especially if it starts to die once warmed up...cause engines get richer as they get hotter.

Throttle hold over rides all throttle mixes in most radios.
