Hey, funny how readyheli posts messages about how people rip them off but they don't say anything about how they don't deliver as far as orders are concerned. I place an order with them back in July and still haven't received it yet. I email them and they say it is on backorder. What kind of service is this? I think they are small time thieves preying on whoever they can. Please don't do business with them. The are crooks. They have my money and I have no merchandise. :arggg:

Today is Aug 4th, So at the most it has been 35 days since you ordered. That is if you ordered July 1st. It is possible the part you ordered is on Back Order.
Was this an order you made and only received part of it? Did they charge you for the part that is on back order?

Why don't you call and talk to John and find out exactly what is happening

I know John pretty well, and this is not how he operates. David is right, call him and work it out. Bashing him is not the answer, he is not that kind of person.

I have dealt with John also. His service is among the best I have ever had. There must be some kind of misunderstanding. Give him a call and he will get things fixed for you

OK, I just checked the RedayHeli Website. Try to order something that is not in stock.. YOU CANNOT DO IT. How is it that amigaman can backorder something and I can't?
This site is about keeping it real, and I find this very hard to believe. Can you provide some more info to me by PM amigaman and I will facilitate getting this straightened out.

Well….
Since you are stating you are in Tennessee in your “profile”, I have taken the liberty to track all packages shipped to Tennessee for the entire month of July, and I have verified that they’ve all been delivered. We don’t ship to Jordan, so I did not bother checking into that. Thanks to the information posted by Will, I checked all of our Colorado packages and California packages… all delivered.
We don’t take backorders, so if on the off chance you were able to order something and we did not have it, your money was refunded before we called you to tell you.
We don’t take kindly to being called crooks and since you are hiding behind a myriad of spoofed open proxies, it’s safe to assume you are full of BS.
