how do you balance a raptor with the front mount without going electric? what is the payload that you can carry up front? 2-3lbs? Thanks guys :arggg:

Move your battery pack to your horizontal stablizer. Use velcro and zip ties :D

I think you should build a nice little mounting tray. I do have enough fiberglass and resin to probably build an entire helicopter. Then again if you don't need all that weight zip ties would work.

I mount my dual RX Packs to the horiz tail fin on my nitro RaptorCam. I strap them to the fin with velcro straps and they ain't going nowhere
Also doing the stretch helps alot since the mass of the tail gear box gets pushed back a bit and a little weight at the back means just a little up front

Just need one more belt. Total weight is 11.5 lbs Will see how it woks this weekend :D

looks good. 11.5lb is good. That nitro will haul it with ease
