Is this your first real heli? You have replaced alot of stuff there so perhaps the crash did more than what was obviously broken. Sounds like a pitch /throttle thing that is out of whack since you replaced the head assy parts. Describe in more detail what it does or does not do and someone here might be able to help ya straighten things out.

The BladeCP (and Pro), in my opinion, is not the best of beginner helicopters. It's a twitchy little beast that requires one to already have the muscle memory built up to fly....
I bought a BCP months back after spending nearly a year in the simulator.. 4 for 4 flights I crashed the BCP. I put it on the shelf and put some more time in the simulator....
It finally occurred to me that the BCP might just suck. I dropped the cash on a blinged out T-Rex 450... It just had it's 16th flight yesterday with only one crash that took out main blades+gear... that was completely due to dumb thumbs.
On a whim, I picked up a BladeCP Pro with a G90 gyro... On it's first flight, I nearly crashed it from laughing too hard at how absolutely jittery and unprecise it is. The BCP is kinda a toy that can do some amazing stuff, but requires a little bit of know-how first.
(On the BCPro's 4th flight, I planted it into the ground nose first doing sideways figure-8s.. ohwell.)

SE like cat..BCP like kitten. Alot of fun, more unpredictable! I have both and each has it's own personality for sure.

Sorry it took so long to reply but I replace the blades with flat bottom blades and it lifts like before and the tail was working fine. Then I crashed again this time the tail blade came off so I put it back on and it doesnt seem like the tail motor isnt working anymore.
Is there a way to see if it is burnt out..

Several things about the Blade CP. First it doesn't suck. It's a small helicopter and by nature the smaller the flying machine the harder it is to fly. The gyro in th 4 in 1 doesn't live up to today's heading hold standards, but it is better than the gyro I learned to fly with. Granted, I learned to fly with a Concept 30 which is much more stable than a Blade. Having said that you can learn to fly with a Blade CP. I know because we have a man in his mid 70s that has learned with a Blade CP. He crashed several times, but only when he got ahead of himself and has now mastered the little beast. He has moved on to the T-Rex and likes it so much he bought two. For what you get for just over $200 the Blade is a great value. BTW if you take a little time to set up the gyro it works OK. The real down side of the Blade as I see it is the battery that is supplied with the helicopter in the North American market isn't quite up to the task. The Blade's gyro works much better at 11 volts than it does a 9. A three cell Lipo at about 850ma will give almost fifteen minutes of flying.
