Hey Guys
I am still here observing on a regular basis. Comments please. What do you think of 2250 rotor rpm's at midstick 80% throttle, 0 pitch. I am running stock setup(for me); my Hurri came with 15T pinion. I wanna duplicate some moves I do on my 450 to the 550. I do most of them already, but I'm gonna try an Immelman soon. I just need someone to calm some nerves.
Thanks greatly:cheers
Philip

you should be good to go brother....only thing i can think is possible tail kicks from the stock unthrusted grips...easily sorted for the princely sum of about $16 us for trwrecks 600 tail grips...go hard bro.ya gonna have a seagull on your ass to simulate the immelman completely.... :smokin:

Yea as seen in the 450 vid, mine turned into a inverted hover first then flip. That was to give me time to change my adult pampers:badair:

I just wanted to post this link so you can copy and paste and enjoy some other vids(so I joined it to the sentence) so you can see the other vidshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFduKiLTI0Y without the window coming up.

or a commentary ..... "I'm going for a left to right, pass, then up into a stall turn ... nice and relaxed, then into a right to left pass and into a loop, just going past me now and up and up, and over - OH MY GOD IT'S THE WRONG WAY UP, IT'S GONNA CRASH, I'M GONNA KILL IT, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, BAIL OUT, BAIL OUT - ooh look an Immelman

Actually the 550 does GREAT Immelmens......just pull up at a steep angle.....at the top go to Zero collective and flip it over on it's back...it just kind of Hangs there for a second...then just come back down....it looks sharp...

annother one that looks good is pull up like for a loop or a steep stall turn but as your going up....give full rudder deflection and time it so you let go when pointed in the other direction at the higher altitude....usually can get about 2 complete turns....and the good thing is your gaining altitude, not loosing it....so you have a little room to get out of trouble if you misjudge the rotations....

Get that 550 up and gimme an update. When you average you gonna get the 550 up. I don't want to miss the link. i should have posted mine inthe meantime.

Don't forget when you're inverted nose in to flip so your moving in the opposite direction you were flying. Post a link and speed me up to do it on the hurricane.
