Wow, something I can help with as I just set my swashplate setup last night!!
1st make sure servos are plugged into proper channels
On one side the Pitch servo (w/ servo horn to rear) is above the Throttle
Other side Elevator is on top - Aileron on bottom (both servo horns towards front)
For the radio setup I followed the proceedure in the futaba manual, but to save you the trouble of what is or is not reversed etc..
Swash setup in radio SR-3
Under Reverse Aileron is reversed
Under Swash ARF
AIL + 50%
ELE - 50%
PIT +50%
Hope this helps..
Happy flyin'

Hi Bob,
You should not need the book if you use the setup I mention above.
My guess is make sure your servos are installed in the correct position and orientation, also make sure they are plugged into the correct channel.
If you duplicate my settings I would think it should work as we both the the same bird and transmitter.
Sorry I a new guy and beyond this I'm knid of at a loss.

Bob,
Another note, on the original installation the Aileron and Elevator servos were on the same side (starbord). Pitch and thottle on the other (port).
For the conversion the Pitch servo goes where the Elevator was.
The Elevator servo goes into a NEW location above the Aileron.
Hope this helps...
